Psychiatric Evaluation

A psychiatric evaluation is the first step towards getting proper mental health care. The evaluation will help to determine the nature and severity of your mental health issues while giving insights into evaluation and treatment options. This gives you knowledge to further understand and manage your symptoms.

Medication Management

Together we will formulate a medication treatment plan. The treatment plan will be adjusted according to the efficacy and safety of medication therapy. I believe in the least amount of medication possible to achieve the best possible results. From adjusting your personal treatment plan until it’s right, to helping decide when it’s time to taper off.

Please Note- I offer effective treatment with non-habit-forming medications. I do not prescribe benzodiazepines such as Alprazolam or Clonazepam

Collaboration Of Care

Both medication and therapy are effective ways to treat a wide range of mental health conditions. Whether you should choose one over the other, combine both, or use each at a different point in your recovery depends on a several factors that we can discuss. I can recommend some trusted therapists or collaborate with your own.

Interaction between providers, collaborating on ideas on how to improve your treatment, and maintaining continuity of care are hallmarks of good patient care. With your written consent and expressed desire I will collaborate with your other treatment providers.
